The Trans and Gender Diverse in Community Health (TGDiCH) Training Project is helping to create safe access to healthcare for trans and gender diverse people in Victoria: A TGD-led, evidence-based, state-wide training project by and for health professionals.

Thorne Harbour Health Training and Capacity Building aims to develop your workforce and improve sector capacity through training, education and consultation. We seek to address those issues and barriers impacting access to LGBTI+ health by increasing understanding and building the capacity of your organisation.

Secondary consultation services are available where clients may seek further advice around supporting LGBTI+ inclusion for individuals and organisations. Contracts for secondary consultation are negotiated based on the client’s needs and strategic goals and may be packaged with additional training offerings.

Both our ASIST and safeTALK trainings have been developed specifically for the LGBTI community by the LGBTI community and offer a safe, inclusive space for participants to learn how to better respond to people with thoughts of suicide and provide support.
