Responsive Pandemic Practice

We periodically release publications about our ongoing efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our LGBTIQ+ communities and people living with HIV.

Responsive pandemic practice details the research and findings conducted by ARCSHS at La Trobe University into LGBTIQ+ organisations' family violence service provision during COVID-19, highlighting the innovative options developed and the adaptability and flexibility of Thorne Harbour and Switchboard Victoria to pivot services while keeping clients at the centre of the work.

The accompanying Practice Guide presents the lessons learned from our response to the pandemic and how these can be used for the benefit of LGBTIQ+ and family violence services in the future.
