'Quality of Mind for a Quality of Life'
HIV, COVID, and many other of life's challenges have really stretched our capacity to live happy and fulfilling lives. Trish Thompson, a counsellor with years of experience in the HIV sector, will help us explore and share some of these challenges. Peer Support Network member, Robert Grant, will also share his personal story with HIV Associated Neurological Disorder (HAND). By the end of the session, we’ll have a whole list of useful strategies to help deal with many of the issues raised. This will hopefully help set us on the road to achieve that 'quality of life' we all want.
