Sit and relax with a picnic lunch and then for those who wish to take advantage of the fresh air, walk along the lake and say hello to the ducks. We'll walk for as long or short as we want and at a comfortable pace. The walking path is flat and not too 'gravelly' so it's fine for anyone in a wheelchair.
Please note: If Melbourne decides to act like Melbourne with some summer showers, we'll contact registrants in the week prior and meet at Southgate for our lunch with a walk along the Yarra.
Exact meeting location will be sent out to registrants in advance of the event.
Taking Charge is a partnership between Living Positive Victoria and Thorne Harbour Health.
