We'll explore some of our thoughts such as:
"When I look in the mirror, I wish I could turn back time."
"When I'm out at community events, I sometimes feel invisible among so many younger people."
Trish Thompson, a counsellor with years of experience specialising with HIV, will help us explore, share and learn how to deal with these thoughts.
