Using benefits of play therapy, participants will gain insights to their emotions and behaviours in a supportive environment. Pick up tips to improve your mental health using LEGO® play. This is a fun and interactive workshop designed specifically for Asian LGBTIQA+ people of all ages (all genders including gender-diverse and transgender backgrounds).

This workshop uses LEGO® Play Therapy as a tool to help participants understand their emotional and mental states. It is not meant to treat specific mental health issues that participants may be facing.
