LGBTIQ Women's Day is focusing on sex, sexuality, relationships and health, as part of the 2019 Bendigo Pride Festival.

Focusing on the four main themes of sex, sexuality, relationships and health, Bendigo PRIDE Festival and Thorne Harbour Country present a unique day dedicated to LGBTIQ women with special invitation to men, non-binary and gender diverse people who were assigned female at birth but don’t identify as women.
Hosting an incredible line up of speakers including Chanelle Rogers from Passionfruits – The Sensuality Shop, local sexologist and educator Dr. Linda Kirkman, writer and researcher Roz Bellamy from Archer Magazine and a panel of sexual health experts including Kanwal Saleem from the Centre for Culture, Ethnicity & Health, the day will provide space for women to connect, share and discuss everything from politics to pleasure, learning about themselves and each other in the process.
Please Note: LGBTIQ Women's Day is a FREE event, with lunch provided; however. it is requested that people REGISTER in advance.
The LGBTIQ Women’s Day features as part of the Bendigo PRIDE Festival 'What's My Scene' drug and alcohol-free events hosted by Thorne Harbour Country and funded by the Victorian Government. The day is followed by a separate special performance of Lou Wall's Drag Race.
