In collaboration with a range of queer social groups focused on multicultural and faith identities, these events will showcase the diversity within our LGBTIQ+ communities. Our goal is to create celebrations that provide platforms for multicultural and faith-based LGBTIQ+ voices, offering a chance to celebrate culture, identity, and faith, while connecting with others.
These events are free and open to everyone, creating a welcoming space to engage in cultural and faith-based celebrations, explore the intersection of queer identity, and connect with support services. You’ll also learn more about the programs and services Thorne Harbour Health offers to support our communities.
We know that people from multicultural and faith backgrounds face unique challenges in finding supportive spaces. This program is about bringing those communities together, raising awareness of the amazing queer social groups out there, and creating new connections.
