Call for peer facilitators for Re-Wired 2.0

VAC are looking for volunteer facilitators for Re-Wired 2.0, a peer-led support group for men who have sex with other men who want to change, reduce, control or stop their methamphetamine use.
This is an opportunity to be engaged in a community response to a public health issue by providing an important service for the community, by the community.
VAC are looking for people who have a lived experience or history of methamphetamine use who are available to facilitate Re-Wired 2.0 on a fortnightly basis in South Yarra. The group runs on Tuesday nights. VAC will provide 2 days of facilitator training and ongoing support.

Partnering with Thorne Harbour Health’s Drag Race Trivia offers direct access to a highly engaged LGBTIQ+ audience across in-person and digital channels.This event attracts over 350 attendees and raises critical funds for our LGBTIQ+ and HIV services through sponsorships, ticket sales, a pop-up bar and silent auction.Running since 2014, Drag Race Trivia is a winter staple. The night features trivia, mini-challenges, lip sync battles and live drag performances—creating multiple touchpoints for brand integration.
