In this session, we'll share practical nutrition tips and a compassionate, real-world perspective on living well with HIV.

The talk will encourage a future-focused approach to personal health, and there will be time for questions during a Q&A. Refreshments will be provided after the talk. This session is specifically designed for people living with HIV aged 50 and over.
This session will be facilitated by Gina Stevens, a Melbourne-based Accredited Practising Dietitian working at Alfred Health with extensive experience across kidney health, chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and community care.
