Feel free to spend some time with these affirmations, connecting you to the intention of self compassion.
Walking, commuting or just taking five or ten minutes to sit quietly can all be opportunities to take a moment for yourself to repeat the statements in your mind (or aloud) and reflect on what each one might mean to you.
