Whether you've been journalling since childhood or have never kept a diary, this workshop will explore creative new ways to journal.

We will look at journalling in different forms, including writing by hand, illustrating and through the use of technology, and will discuss the benefits of keeping a journal or diary. These include processing your emotions and experiences, tracking your mood, prioritising certain issues and problems, boosting your memory and also having material to draw on in creative work. This workshop will be interactive, fun and nurturing, and will help you develop new strategies to support your wellbeing.
