This information session is designed primarily for parents and caregivers who are supporting trans and gender-diverse young people in South Australia.

Hosted by Thorne Harbour Health at Headspace Christies Beach, the session will provide clear, practical psychoeducation about gender, transition, and available supports.
The session will cover:
- Understanding gender and social transition
- Medical transition and access to gender-affirming care in SA
- Legal steps for name and gender marker changes
- Navigating support systems and healthcare
There will be time at the end for questions in a supportive and respectful space.
